                               RESOLUTION NO. 19122
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                   AGREEMENT WITH R-W CONTRACTORS, INC. IN AN
                   AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED ONE HUNDRED TWO
                   THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO AND 78/100
                   DOLLARS ($102,152.78) RELATIVE TO THE
                   INSTALLATION OF OVERFLOW MONITORING AND
                   ALARM SYSTEM EQUIPMENT AT VARIOUS SITES.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby ratified the
       execution of an Agreement with R-W Contractors, Inc. in an amount 

       not to exceed $102,152.78 relative to the installation of 
overflow
       monitoring and alarm system equipment at various sites.
